Last time I checked, my body fat percentage was 30%
I’m thinking a reasonable goal would be to reduce that by one percent each month…

Today I calculated my body fat percentage using this website. Seeing as it’s an online calculator I’m sure it’s not accurate but it does give me a good estimate. I actually did this on four different websites. Three of them said around 31%. One of them said 27.5%.
